1. About these terms

These Terms govern the Localstop website at localstop.com.au, its catalogue, reservation requests, enquiry and AI-assisted features, and the separate information service at help.localstop.com.au. Localstop operates at 123 Sutherland St, Mascot NSW 2020.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Catalogue information and prices

The catalogue is a selected guide, not a complete or live inventory. Displayed prices are indicative only. Availability and the final price are confirmed by Localstop staff in store. We may correct, update or remove product information and prices. Promotional, member-only and multi-buy prices from external retailers are not presented as Localstop catalogue prices.

3. In-store reservation requests

A submitted request is not an accepted sale or stock guarantee. Localstop staff may contact you to confirm, change or decline it. Payment is made in store. Unless staff agrees otherwise, an accepted reservation is held until closing time on the selected pickup date. Quantity limits may apply.

Your private status link provides access to the request. Keep it confidential and contact staff if you believe it has been disclosed.

4. AI assistant

The assistant provides general information from reviewed knowledge and may use DeepSeek to organise a response. It cannot confirm live stock, final prices, payments or accepted reservations. Do not send payment details, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information.

5. Lottery information

NSW Lotteries may be available in store to people aged 18 and over. The website does not sell lottery entries online, take lottery payments, buy entries for customers, issue tickets remotely, determine prizes or process withdrawals. 6. Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or infringe third-party rights. Maps, retailer product pages, TikTok, DeepSeek and other external services apply their own terms. Third-party names identify the relevant source and do not imply ownership by Localstop.

7. Availability and liability

We may change or suspend features to correct information, maintain security or meet legal and platform requirements. To the extent permitted by law, Localstop is not responsible for loss arising solely from outdated third-party information, unavailable services or misuse of the website. This does not limit non-excludable consumer guarantees.

8. Privacy, changes and contact
